For a humanitarian project to function and develop, local knowledge and motivated fellow campaigners are needed, who are familiar with local conditions and take responsibility. Our strength is therefore the people behind Mamadou & Bineta.

The young team in Guinea currently comprises 25 employees. They are familiar with the problems of poverty and know which measures are best suited to help the children.

On the board, we have expertise in education, pedagogy, development aid, medicine and project management. Fabienne and Nina are responsible for project management and support the team on site. A lively exchange between the team in Guinea and the board members ensures that we always find the best answers to the often complex issues.

Over the years, we have developed good friendships and valuable partnerships in Guinea. This helps us a lot in our operations for the children and the cooperation with the population and the authorities.
