Mamadou & Bineta was founded 2006. Since then we have been continuously analyzing the social, cultural and economic conditions in order to make the aid to the street and orphant children as efficient and sustainable as possible.
In cooperation with other private and governmental stakeholders, we look after children on the street and in orphanages, train the local Child Protection Representatives, sensitize the population and implement preventive measures so that fewer children may have to live on the streets.
Mamadou & Bineta is registered as non-profit association in Switzerland. You’ll find our statutes in our Infocenter.

Philosophy & Strategy
Our philosophy is to help the people native to this country with our support, to take initiative and to be able to exercise their responsibilities. The best aid is the one that prevents children from getting into dire straits at all. Thus, besides of concrete projects, we count on information, prevention and education to create a secure social environment for the children.
