The infirmary of the village is nothing more than a come down building in which a young doctor offers medical care to approximately 2,000 residents.
He has only two beds and provides emergency aid and midwifery there. Medicine is missing. Of course, most patients also lack the money to transport them to a city hospital, where at least minimal help could be guaranteed.
